Therapy
Body Wave & Color
We have transformed the ancient healing sounds of Solfeggio into safe, gentle waves that can connect with the body's nerve centers to promote harmony.
Tomo's color therapy, inspired by Indian philosophy and Professor Lüscher's research, utilizes a spectrum of ten carefully selected colors to help balance emotions and enhance physical well-being. Each body area can be connected to a specific wave and color.
The colors constitute the surrounding light, with each color possessing its own frequency that can influence us within the electromagnetic field surrounding our body and through our eyes.
When you observe a color with open eyes, it can affect your cognition and emotions. By selecting the color that attracts you the most at any given time, you can receive the frequency that can best help restore you to balance.
Wave & Color Therapy For Enhanced Sleep
Tomo's 3D Sleep Ecosystem integrates three key elements: Brain waves, body waves, and color therapy.
The 3D High Technologies are controlled by an extensive AI algorithm, which analyzes your sleep requests in the cloud to offer a personalized sleep plan.
Brain waves: Synchronizing with natural sleep cycles, Tomo's brainwave technology helps to regulate your sleep stages so you gain the right levels of deep, light, and REM sleep.
Body waves: Tomo’s unique body waves are derived from ancient healing sounds. Each wave targets to the body's nerve centers with the goal to help bring harmony.
Color Therapy: Tomo’s wave - color therapy utilizes a visible spectrum of colors. Each color corresponds to light waves of specific wavelengths and energies. Based on Indian philosophy and the research of Professor Lusher, all body centers are connected with a unique wavelength color that affects your emotions
Natural Brainwaves
Alpha waves (between 8-12 Hz): This range indicates that the body's relaxation systems are dominant, and the body is in a state of rest.
Beta waves (between 15-35 Hz): Associated with states of high excitement, anxiety, worry, fear, but also complex thinking.
Gamma waves (between 35-100 Hz): The fastest frequency range measured and linked to states of intense concentration, flow, love, and various mystical states of consciousness.
Theta waves (between 3-8 Hz): During gentle sleep, states of daydreaming, mental fatigue, and lack of concentration occur, but it is also a range that can be reached during deep meditation practice in consciousness. Imagination intensifies.
Delta waves (between 0.5-3 Hz): Conscious thinking is silenced. The body maintains regeneration and healing processes (similar to what happens during sleep).
