Essence Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure
In this document, “Essence” refers to Essence Future Living 2010 Ltd., the manufacturer of Tomo, together with its corporate affiliates, including Essence USA Inc., the manufacturer’s representative in the United States of America and Canada.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Try Tomo for 30 days, and if it's not a fit for any reason, return Tomo (no questions asked) in accordance with this RMA Procedure, and we'll completely refund your purchase. Received a faulty product? While we make every effort to ensure this never happens, if you return Tomo in accordance with this RMA Procedure, we’ll replace it with a new product to your satisfaction or refund it if you prefer. In order to return a product for any reason, you need to obtain an RMA Number from our customer support team, and include the RMA Number along with your returned product. Please note, we will not be able to handle any product returned without an RMA Number and will either destroy it or return it “as is” (without any repair or refund) at sender’s expense. Reach out to our support team at support@tomosleep.com, within 30 days of purchasing Tomo, to request an RMA Number. Once we issue an RMA Number it will be valid for 30 days. If we do not receive the returned product within 30 days of issuance of the RMA Number, we reserve the right to cancel the RMA upon written notice to you. Once you have received the RMA Number, please properly package the product being returned and label the outside of the package with the assigned RMA number. Use the shipping address provided to you together with the RMA Number. You are responsible for shipping charges (including shipping insurance if wanted) to return products to us; and Essence is responsible for shipping charges to return to you any products repaired or replaced, in accordance with the applicable warranty.
